Team

Shiv Puri is the founder of Cadence Continuity Partners. He partners with founders who want the next chapter handled with care for their people, their customers, and the reputation they spent years building.

In 2022, Shiv acquired a 25-year-old, founder-led, regulated health services company with a large frontline workforce. The transition was smooth and continuity-driven, with stability for employees and clients as the first priority. From there, he upgraded systems and day-to-day execution, nearly doubling EBITDA while improving both customer and employee satisfaction.

Shiv’s approach comes from building businesses where the experience and the team matter. He previously opened and operated two restaurants in Manhattan (successfully exited in 2019), and he started his career in investment banking along with a degree in finance from New York University. He is also a former professional drummer, which shaped his belief that great outcomes come from preparation, rhythm, and a calm hand when it counts.
